SHORT VERSION: You only need to install the version for the expansion you are running. For example, I have upgraded my account through WOTLK so I selected WOTLK. The was enough to get the game going on my system. LONG VERSION: Hey guys just to answer some of the questions I'm seeing about which one you need to install. I downloaded the installer from this site and there were three options: 1) Wow Classic 2) Burning Crusade 3) Wrath of the Lich King I didn't have WoW on my computer at all. I do have an account already and just wanted to install the game again. My account is the Wotlk aupgraded account. I selected option 3 and it installed everything I need to play. I didn't need to install Classic, then BC, then WOTLK. You can go straight from nothing on your computer to WOTLK. The download is about 6GB. I downloaded it at work and it went at 2.5MB's a second. It was super fast.
